In line with our expansion plan, we invite applications for the following positions based in Petaling Jaya:

Manager, Fleet Management
Responsibilities :
- Overall management of the Fleet Management Department (Dept. Head functions)
- Develop new and potential business opportunities
- Establish excellent relations with customers and dealers
- Develop fleet management processes and improve operations efficiency
- Develop effective products, services and pricing strategy
Requirements :
- Degree holder with appropriate curriculum and thorough experience related to this class of work or any equivalent combination of training or experience
- Minimum 4 – 6 years experience of which 3 years is in the relevant field (including fleet management and operations)
- Proven ability to negotiate, influence and develop relationships at board/senior level within an organization
- Prior experience in selling contract hires solutions (vehicles, car rental, office suppliers & equipment)
- In depth understanding of the vehicle leasing and fleet management industry
- A consultative approach to sales with the ability to add value to the customer throughout a sales process
- Excellent analytical, presentation and problem solving skills
- A natural ability in researching, identifying and winning profitable new business

Assistant Manager, Fleet Management
Responsibilities:
- Manage and control fleet accounts/rental inventory
- Develop fleet management processes and improve operations efficiency
- Plan and administer the vehicle preventive maintenance and vehicular replacement program
- Monitor, measure and report on operational & fleet issues
- Prepare cost analysis and periodic management and operational reports
Requirements :
- Degree holder with appropriate curriculum and thorough experience related to this class of work or any equivalent combination of training or experience
- Minimum 3 – 5 years experience of which 2 years is in the relevant field (including fleet management and operations)
- Prior experience in managing fleet inventory or maintenance program (vehicles, car rental, office suppliers & equipment)
- In depth understanding of the vehicle leasing and fleet management business process
- Able to prepare cost analysis and periodic management and operational reports
- Excellent analytical, presentation and problem solving skills
