
1. Wellwork Supervisor
Job Description What You Will Be Doing:
• In charge of the on-site wellwork/workover at ExxonMobil platform covering
wireline, well servicing coiled tubing and/or workover rig operations.
Visibly demonstrate leadership in safety and job execution
• Take an active role to lead, inspire and motivate the wellwork on-site
staff and support staff to achieve safe and efficient operations
• Effective collaboration with peers and other functional groups to acheive
targeted results
• Plan, schedule, execute and supervise services and materials for wellwork
jobs
• Ensure that all operations are conducted in compliance with company
guidelines and local governmental regulations
• Review, analyze job procedures for possible improvement in steps, practicality,
efficiency, cost effectiveness, well productivity maintenance,
and improving and safe execution of field operations
• Implement the wellwork procedures and supervise all critical phases
of work
• Ensure accurate, complete and timely reporting of daily operations and
effectively manage costs of site operation
What We Are Looking For:
• Minimum Technical Diploma, preferably in petroleum discipline, and/or
with oil/gas work experience
• Possess a minimum of 3 years of wireline operations and wellwork operations
supervision experience
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia with good
leadership qualities

2. Contract Analyst
Job Description What You Will Be Doing:
• To monitor contract’s expenditure status for pro-active action
in renewing/extending/scope of change in contracts
• Initiate necessary contract actions between users and Procurement
• Ensure invoices submitted by vendors for authority approval are reviewed
accurately and timely
• Take lead role in initiating and ensuring contracting processes compliances
and documentation completeness
• Coordinate meetings between ExxonMobil Contract Administrators and vendors
on any contracting issues
• Coordinate collation of contracting-related data for KPI submission
and review by Operations management
• Analyze contract expenditure and propose for solutions
What We Are Looking For:
• Degree in relevant fields with a minimum CGPA of 3.0/2nd Class Upper
• 3 to 5 years experience preferably in oil and gas and accounting, contracting,
controls and cost stewardship
• Extensive broad base multi discipline experience in Accounting and controls,
contracting process and possess high integrity and professionalism
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia with good
leadership qualities
• Able to multi-task, work under pressure and strong intiatives to deliver
• Willing to travel
